Equipment Engineer (Various modules, Semiconductor)

The Opportunity:

Join a prominent global semiconductor foundry that specializes in advanced integrated circuit manufacturing and innovative technology solutions for clients.

The Job:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure prompt resolution of in-line SPC, defect, equipment anomalies, and lot management.
• Ensure equipment capability aligns with production needs and fulfills demand.
• Collaborate with Production line and Process Engineers to optimize tool availability for production, addressing troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance.
• Participate in equipment troubleshooting and initiatives aimed at enhancing production quality.
• Assess new equipment and materials, as well as retrofit existing equipment for improved efficiency and quality in production.

The Talent:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor foundry module processes is essential.

• Experience with advanced technology nodes of 22/28 nanometers and below is highly advantageous.

• A solid comprehension of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting is necessary.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams and managing projects focused on process improvement or technology transfer.

• Proficient in analyzing complex process challenges, identifying root causes, and executing effective solutions.

• Familiarity with skills such as SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO is preferred.
