The Role

We are on the lookout for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to become a part of our vibrant team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in sourcing and placing exceptional talents while fostering robust client relationships. A thorough understanding of technology roles, industry dynamics, and market requirements will be vital for your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and connect with high-quality candidates across diverse platforms and sectors utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and direct sourcing tactics.
• Collaborate with clients to grasp their hiring requirements, technology frameworks, and workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal talent alignment.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing career advice and aligning them with appropriate opportunities.
• Meet individual and team objectives by actively cultivating a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Stay informed about hiring trends, new technologies, and market salary standards to offer valuable talent insights.
• Manage comprehensive recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from initial engagement to onboarding.
• Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and efficient hiring operations.

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field with a minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or staffing setting.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing professionals across various roles, including software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, infrastructure, and data analytics.
• Strong command of applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools.
• A self-driven and proactive mindset with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently while also contributing to team efforts.
• Recent graduates or individuals making mid-career transitions are encouraged to apply!
