Customer Service Officer - US MNC Beverage / 8 months

Job Opportunity:

• Position Available: Customer Service Officer
• Location: Tuas Avenue, Singapore
• Compensation: Up to $3,500 basic salary
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM
• Maternity Cover Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track customer orders, inquiries, and complaints
• Coordinate shipments and logistics, providing updates to customers while liaising closely with factories and suppliers
• Follow up with customers regarding prepayment status, forwarder details, and other logistics and shipping concerns
• Provide administrative support by managing data such as order numbers, container numbers, trucking information, and processing sales orders

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, order management, and logistics coordination
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, and JDE systems is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Adept at addressing customer inquiries and facilitating coordination between departments
