About the Role

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Relationship Managers to meet business goals.
• Manage client acquisition, retention, and portfolio enhancement through effective relationship management practices.
• Boost branch performance by implementing targeted sales strategies, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
• Track branch performance, review financial reports, and execute action plans to meet revenue and profitability objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail banking products.
