Your Role

In the position of Recruitment Researcher, you will assist the hiring team by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates. Your contributions will be vital in creating talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market analysis, and industry research. Collaborating closely with recruiters, you will facilitate the alignment of the right candidates with the appropriate roles by utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and alternative sourcing strategies—ensuring a consistent influx of high-quality candidates and a streamlined hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Employ a range of sourcing techniques and platforms to find and attract qualified candidates.
• Perform initial screenings and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to create a shortlist of candidates for open positions.
• Proactively establish and maintain talent pipelines, particularly for niche and hard-to-fill skill sets.
• Assist in hiring initiatives such as resume mining, market mapping, and the development of sourcing strategies (utilizing LinkedIn and other search methods).
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure clear, timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company's culture, ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide support for additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing within a high-volume recruitment setting (agency or in-house).
• Demonstrated ability to utilize research and sourcing tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other techniques to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and stakeholders.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
