Business Development Executive (Automotive Financing)

Adecco is collaborating with a premier Automotive firm specializing in AI-driven solutions for vehicle valuation, financing, and cross-border transactions. The company is based in Singapore and has a well-established footprint in significant Asian markets.

The selected candidate will play a key role in cultivating and overseeing strategic partnerships within the automotive financing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and pinpoint market gaps and opportunities. Subsequently, identify and pursue new business collaborations both locally and regionally.
• Formulate business development strategies to effectively pitch, propose, and secure new partnerships and business ties.
• Conduct thorough research to enhance market intelligence within the industry.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in the automotive sales and financing landscape to develop and execute marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Compile and present regular updates, including management reports, market intelligence, and regulatory developments for executive oversight.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned periodically.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the Automotive financing sector is preferred.
• A solid understanding of the automotive market and financing ecosystem in Singapore is highly advantageous.
• A strong sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach, showcasing resilience and determination in seeking and converting new business opportunities.
• Proficient in cold calling, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, pitching, and negotiation capabilities.
