The Opportunity

Adecco is collaborating with a well-established global retail brand to recruit motivated and service-focused Sales Associates in Singapore.

We are in search of candidates who possess a customer-first mindset, a positive demeanor, and a readiness to learn. Previous experience in luxury retail is not mandatory, as comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this position.

The Job

• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional customer service to guarantee a delightful shopping experience.
• Guide customers with product inquiries, selections, and recommendations.
• Acquire strong product knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with team members to reach store sales goals while providing exceptional service.
• Assist with daily store operations, including cashier duties, stock replenishment, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Uphold store presentation standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

The Talent

• No prior experience in luxury retail is necessary; newcomers to the retail field are encouraged to apply.
• Background in retail, hospitality, F&B, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Customer-focused attitude with a sincere enthusiasm for assisting others.
• Positive outlook, open-mindedness, and eagerness to acquire new skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
