HNW Case Manager

The selected individual will be tasked with delivering comprehensive sales support to Insurance Brokers. This role involves ensuring the efficient management of client cases, from verifying and submitting onboarding documents to coordinating medical appointments, while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales assistance to Insurance Brokers
• Work in partnership with Insurance Brokers, Clients, and Bankers to schedule medical appointments and prepare necessary documentation (such as onboarding and policy materials)
• Handle the submission of application documents
• Keep Insurance Brokers informed about pipeline status and case progression, ensuring that all sales meetings are documented in the system.
• Verify that all client documentation is thorough, precise, and adheres to both internal and insurance company due diligence requirements.
• Oversee all assigned cases until resolution, including follow-ups and negotiations with insurers and underwriters.
• Coordinate with the Insurance Broker and Client Servicing team to guarantee the prompt preparation and completion of annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field
• 1-3 years of experience as a High Net Worth (HNW) Case Manager
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with HNW clients
