Career Opportunities

• Engaging position dedicated to supporting and mentoring students in need of additional assistance and intervention.
• Acquire practical experience in counselling, case management, youth engagement, and student development.
• Contract duration: 2 months + (looking to commence as soon as possible until mid-November)
• Location: West
• Compensation: up to $3200

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized mentoring and befriending support to students who require extra care and supervision.
• Execute case management tasks, including fact-finding, engaging with students and parents, tracking progress, and conducting follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of cases.
• Design and lead motivational talks and activities aimed at fostering resilience and confidence in students.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related fields.
• Previous experience in a school setting, youth work, student support, or social services is preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with young individuals and aiding their personal growth.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
