QA Tester (Funds/Trades/Loans)

Job Opportunity

• Adecco is collaborating with a prominent global financial institution in search of a QA Tester
• Contract position lasting until 31st March 2027
• Location: Raffles Place

We seek a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience in banking products. This position will involve supporting trading and order management systems related to Loans, Deposits, Funds, and Private Market products. Previous experience in private banking or wealth management will be a significant advantage. The main focus of this role will be on UAT and functional testing, with familiarity in UiPath/RPA automation considered a bonus but not a requirement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business users to comprehend requirements and facilitate UAT activities.
• Develop and execute UAT test cases derived from business and system specifications.
• Conduct functional testing across banking, funds, and private market applications.
• Evaluate test outcomes, identify defects, and work with business and technology teams to ensure resolution.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and review sessions.
• Engage with stakeholders to guarantee comprehensive quality and successful system rollouts.
• Participate in Agile delivery methodologies and assist in documenting test scenarios and results.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in QA, testing, or UAT roles within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven hands-on UAT testing experience is essential, particularly with one or more of the following: Loans, Deposits, Funds, Private Market products.
• Experience in testing client-facing or digital banking platforms.
• Solid understanding of banking products, trade lifecycle processes, or wealth management systems.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar testing tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Exposure to UiPath or RPA automation will be beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Experience in composing user stories or collaborating with Business Analysts.
• Familiarity with test automation or RPA projects.
• Relevant QA or testing certifications.
