School ICT Support Personnel

Location: Choa Chu Kang
Contract Duration: From 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break
• Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily technical support for school operations, assemblies, examinations, and events.
• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot ICT and AV equipment, such as laptops, iPads, projectors, display screens, microphones, and speakers.
• Prepare and maintain shared student devices, charging carts, and associated accessories for classroom utilization.
• Facilitate e-examinations and digital assessments by configuring devices, peripherals, and audio equipment.
• Provide on-site ICT and AV support prior to, during, and after school programs and activities.
• Capture photographs and videos during school events.
• Edit photographs and videos, create highlight reels, and prepare multimedia presentations.
• Assist in ICT asset inventory management, stocktaking, and basic equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to the school's ICT initiatives and carry out other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT technical support, AV operations, or a similar role.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on laptops, mobile devices, projectors, audio systems, and internet connectivity.
• Fundamental skills in photography and video creation or editing.
• Comfortable with handling and relocating ICT and AV equipment as needed.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with school staff and provide timely technical assistance.
• Candidates should be ready to undertake practical assessments in basic ICT troubleshooting, photography, and video creation during the interview process.
