• Position based in Changi Business Park.

Role Overview

• Facilitate electronic client onboarding and integration for FX trading systems.
• Assist in SFTS migration and contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Manage client and user maintenance requests for the Velocity platform.
• Review and authorize domain attestation submissions.
• Process Pulse RTC requests, including those related to GTC.
• Generate and distribute trading activity and Click reports.
• Coordinate and prioritize onboarding requests for FIX connectivity.
• Track, manage, and resolve client issues on the Velocity platform.
• Support technology enhancement projects, including security key replacement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless electronic trading operations.

Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with FX markets and the complete trade lifecycle.
• Experience in onboarding and managing users of e-Trading platforms.
• Background in e-Trading Client Services, Trading Support, or Operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong writing and presentation capabilities.
• Knowledge of information security principles and controls.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in supporting critical trading environments.
• Familiarity with FX Middle Office or Back Office operations is a plus.
