Our client, a reputable international bank with a strong footprint across Asia, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their team. In this position, you will contribute to business expansion, manage and lead a team of Offshore Relationship Managers, and further strengthen customer relationships within a stable and well-established organization.

about the job

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Offshore Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Manage client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by applying effective relationship management and sales strategies.
• Improve sales results through focused initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and the delivery of tailored financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines across all client engagements.
• Track team performance, review sales reports and put forward action plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of premier banking manager experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance, investment products and wealth management solutions.
