Student Management Officer (West/East)

Location: Bukit Panjang

Mon - Fri (7am - 4pm/8am - 5pm)

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into student discipline cases and prepare incident reports.
• Collect evidence, interview students and witnesses, and maintain accurate case records.
• Oversee detention, suspension, and restorative discipline activities.
• Patrol school premises to uphold discipline, safety, and order.
• Observe and monitor student behaviour, and report any disciplinary concerns.
• Support positive behaviour and accountability through student engagement and mentoring.
• Assist with conflict prevention, de-escalation, and promoting student well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to follow up on discipline cases.

Requirements

• Prior experience in youth work, education, counseling, social services, student welfare or behavioural support
