Shipping Executive (Food Products, L/C)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is collaborating with a leading international food trading company and is currently recruiting for a Shipping Executive. This sole contributor role will cover end-to-end trading support, including coordinating shipments, managing import and export documentation, assisting with contract preparation, and handling invoicing.

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Work location: Central region
• Work Days: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm

The Job:

• Coordinate loading plans and shipment timelines with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers
• Prepare and manage the full set of import and export shipping documents
• Support Letter of Credit processing by reviewing LC terms, preparing required documents, and ensuring adherence to stipulated conditions
• Prepare purchase and sales contracts
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate transaction records
• Carry out data entry and issue invoices through the ERP system
• Track shipment progress and follow up on documentation and operational matters

The Talent:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping coordination or trading operations
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping processes
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing would be advantageous
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
