SAP Marketing – Emarsys Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to identify the root causes of customer issues—diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and enable deployment—so you can deliver client delight
• Contribute to proposal development by owning sections of the proposal document and providing inputs into solution design based on your areas of expertise
• Plan and execute configuration activities; configure the product according to the design; conduct conference room pilots; and support the resolution of queries related to requirements and solution design
• Run solution and product demonstrations, conduct POC (Proof of Technology) and workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and the organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives with the goal of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers

Technical Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with a minimum of 1 SAP Marketing or Emarsys implementation project experience
• Plan and execute Implementation Integrate Support activities for SAP Marketing Emarsys Cloud
• Create and conduct presentations, workshops, and demos on system functionality for the client
• Perform customizations in SAP Marketing Emarsys Cloud
• Handle integration tasks for SAP Marketing Emarsys Cloud with other SAP, SAP Cloud, and Non-SAP applications; able to work with APIs
• Manage segmentation and campaign management, content management, and data upload
• Marketing Resource Management, Marketing Lead Management, and in-depth Marketing Analytics
• Work with OData standard APIs, including enhancements and building custom OData services
• Drive extensibility and adaptation in SAP marketing Emarsys Cloud

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ability to partner with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions
