Essential Duties:

• Set up and manage Adobe Workfront environments
• Develop and sustain project templates, portfolios, programs, queues, forms, and dashboards
• Design custom workflows, approval processes, and automation rules
• Create and uphold reports, scorecards, and analytics dashboards
• Integrate Workfront with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Jira, ServiceNow, or other business applications
• Oversee user access permissions, groups, teams, and security configurations
• Collect business requirements and convert them into effective Workfront solutions
• Diagnose system issues and deliver support to end users
• Conduct data imports, exports, and system migrations
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices
