Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, test, and maintain backend applications leveraging Node
• js along with contemporary JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks
• Create scalable RESTful APIs and integrate external services
• Design and deploy cloud-native applications utilizing AWS
• Optimize and design MongoDB schemas, collections, indexes, and aggregation pipelines
• Implement microservices and event-driven architectures
• Connect applications with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, and SQS
• Ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and performance of applications
• Engage in architecture discussions and influence technical design choices
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues in production environments
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills in Technology Cloud Platform Amazon Web Services, DevOps, Databases, Open Source Database Technology, Reactive Programming, and NodeJS

Additional Responsibilities:

• In-depth conceptual knowledge of at least one programming language
• Advanced understanding of one database and one operating system
• Familiarity with software engineering principles, demonstrated through at least one project
• Capability to independently handle medium to complex tasks
• Exposure to design principles and ability to comprehend design specifications autonomously
• Ability to execute test cases and scenarios as outlined in the plan
• Competence to address and respond to production issues while coordinating with stakeholders
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical abilities
• Logical reasoning skills
• Awareness of emerging technologies and trends
