Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain customer communication solutions utilizing OpenText Exstream
• Create and tailor document templates for statements, invoices, policies, contracts, notices, and customer correspondence
• Develop and manage Exstream applications, workflows, and automation processes
• Construct dynamic, personalized, and multi-channel communications across print, email, SMS, web, and mobile platforms
• Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, CRM, ERP, and content management systems
• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into scalable communication solutions
• Ensure adherence to branding, regulatory, and customer communication standards
• Troubleshoot document generation problems and enhance system performance
• Assist with production deployments, upgrades, and release activities
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Technical Requirements:

• Technology: Digital Experience Platforms, CS Document and Records Management Platform, OpenText xECM

Additional Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of design principles and the fundamentals of architecture
• Understanding of performance engineering
• Familiarity with quality processes and estimation techniques
• Basic understanding of project domains
• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements
• Capability to design and code complex programs
• Proficiency in writing test cases and scenarios based on specifications
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Awareness of current technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively
