A leading, well-established international bank is seeking a Premier Insurance Specialist to support its High Net Worth (HNW) client segment. In this role, you will partner closely with Premier Relationship Managers to deliver insurance solutions and technical support to clients, helping meet their wealth protection and financial planning requirements.

• Collaborate with Premier Relationship Managers to offer product expertise and provide recommendations aligned to client needs.
• Attend client meetings to support a consultative approach to sales.
• Develop, sustain, and manage strong, long-term client relationships.
• Deliver product training and coaching to strengthen team knowledge and skills.

skills and qualifications required

• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking sales experience.
• Ability to lead discussions confidently and present solutions to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
