Senior Section Manager (Lithography)

The Opportunity:

You will join a well-established semiconductor organization responsible for lithography operations, including equipment performance, manufacturing output, yield, cost control, and continuous improvement in a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment.

The Job:

• Direct and oversee the Lithography section to meet production targets, cycle time commitments, and operational KPIs.
• Maintain stable and efficient manufacturing operations by deploying manpower, resources, and technical expertise effectively.
• Execute daily fab activities while upholding strong standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Track manufacturing performance and implement corrective actions to close operational gaps.
• Offer technical leadership for lithography processes and equipment across production lines.
• Lead process optimization efforts to enhance yield, defect performance, process capability, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering teams to improve tool utilization, availability, and reliability.
• Create and implement strategic plans to achieve equipment uptime and cost-of-ownership targets.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, technology transfer, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technical specialists.
• Set performance objectives, build succession plans, and run competency development programs.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in Lithography processes within advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
• Good in Leadership and People Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
• Proven track record in yield improvement, process optimization, and manufacturing excellence.
