Temp Stocktake Assistant (Choa Chu Kang)

Project Details

• Duration of Assignment: From 26 October to 13 November 2026, with potential adjustments
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, five hours per day
• Workdays: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
• Hourly Compensation: $12 per hour
• Location: Choa Chu Kang

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive stock inventories across multiple storerooms.
• Document and classify items based on type, purpose, or usage frequency.
• Determine suitable storage locations and reorganize items to ensure storeroom orderliness.
• Apply clear labeling to storage zones and individual items.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of inventory, including item descriptions and locations.
• Report damaged, obsolete, or unused items to the supervisor for further action.
• Support additional operational tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess an ITE certification or higher qualification.
• Preferably have at least two years of experience in an office, operations, or logistics setting.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and organized in approach.
• Comfortable performing manual tasks, including lifting, shifting, and reorganizing stock.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel or Word for maintaining inventory records.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in stocktaking, inventory control, warehousing, or logistics roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of store management or procurement procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
