Oracle Fusion Functional Lead (SCM & Manufacturing)

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Oracle Fusion Functional Lead (SCM & Manufacturing) to enhance, support, and optimize Oracle Supply Chain solutions throughout our organization. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvements, spearhead system enhancements, and create scalable ERP solutions that foster operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver functional support, troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization for Oracle Cloud ERP SCM modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective system solutions.
• Oversee testing processes for new features, system enhancements, and quarterly Oracle updates.
• Evaluate, document, and validate functional specifications, system workflows, and reporting needs.
• Coordinate with IT and project teams to implement system improvements and support business initiatives.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and pinpoint opportunities to boost operational efficiency.
• Assist in project planning, solution design evaluations, and effort estimations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
• Robust functional expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience in managing Oracle quarterly updates, user training, and change management initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP security and access management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments is strongly preferred.
• Proactive team player who can handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
