Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute audit confirmation procedures, including onboarding new auditors and setting up customer instructions within the banking system.
• Handle loan lifecycle activities such as origination, disbursement, repayment processing, repricing, redemption, and fee collection.
• Coordinate with Business Units (BUs) and Support Units (SUs) regarding loan and audit confirmation matters.
• Perform ad-hoc and end-of-day reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Meet established processing turnaround times, uphold accuracy standards, and adhere to performance benchmarks.
• Ensure all assigned operational tasks are completed precisely and within designated timelines.

Candidate Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Previous internship experience or foundational exposure in banking, financial services, loan operations, or operational processing is advantageous.
• Strong numerical skills with keen attention to detail and precision.
• Proficiency in working with banking systems and handling transactional activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to operate within a structured, process-oriented environment and meet strict turnaround deadlines.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing routine operational tasks with high accuracy.
