Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Breast Oncology (Pharma MNC)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is collaborating with a Pharma MNC to hire a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - Breast Oncology (Pharma MNC).
• Lead scientific interactions with healthcare professionals in breast oncology, implementing medical affairs strategies, assisting with clinical trials, delivering accurate medical information, and managing medical governance and operational activities in full alignment with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• This position will initially be offered as a contract role.

The Talent

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience.
• Breast Cancer specialization or strong experience in breast oncology is preferred.
• Oncology experience is an advantage.
• MD, PhD, or PharmD qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical science, disease areas, scientific engagement, medical education, clinical trials, medical information, and medical governance.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with medical experts and key healthcare stakeholders through scientific and educational engagement.
• Identify, map, and prioritize medical experts to support the country’s medical strategy.
• Provide timely responses to unsolicited medical information requests in accordance with relevant guidelines.
• Collect medical insights to help shape, improve, and refine medical strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to support clinical trials, investigator-initiated trials (IITs), and study site education.
• Deliver medical support to cross-functional field teams.
• Review and approve both promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Ensure prompt reporting of adverse events, technical complaints, and special case scenarios within 24 hours.
• Oversee medical information inbox monitoring, monthly pharmacovigilance (PV) reconciliation, managed access programs, post-study drug supply requests, and risk management plan (RMP) coordination.
• Maintain full compliance of all medical activities with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
