Brand Experience Associate

Overview

We are in search of an innovative and technology-oriented Brand Experience Associate to aid in the creation of compelling digital experiences and enhance the company's brand image. This position is hands-on and integrates UI/UX design, content development, multimedia production, digital marketing, website oversight, and AI-driven creative processes.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the Engineering Department, PMO, and HR & Admin, contributing to both internal and external branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting intuitive and captivating UI/UX experiences for our products and digital platforms.
• Develop content for websites, social media channels, newsletters, marketing campaigns, and other corporate communications.
• Produce and edit photography, videos, short-form content, and marketing materials for events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee and refresh website content, landing pages, graphics, and multimedia assets.
• Evaluate website user experience, performance metrics, and fundamental SEO practices.
• Work in tandem with Engineering, PMO, HR & Admin, and other internal teams on digital and branding projects.
• Assist in planning campaigns and engaging target audiences.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content generation, design processes, video production, ideation, and overall productivity.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, design, multimedia, and generative AI.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or applicants with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with creative and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with website content management systems like WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney, or other generative AI solutions.
• Strong aptitude for visual storytelling, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative, inquisitive, and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects and collaborating with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
