Associate Consultant / Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to craft and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native application solutions tailored for the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will possess robust expertise in application development and architecture, hands-on technical experience, and a proven ability to lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to establish solution architecture and technical design frameworks.
• Guarantee that solution deployments adhere strictly to approved architecture standards and design principles.
• Provide guidance to development teams in troubleshooting complex technical challenges and conducting thorough code reviews.
• Foster Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing practices, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Assist Quality Assurance teams with test automation and resolving technical issues.
• Design and develop reusable libraries, application components, and integration patterns to enhance system efficiency.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, enterprise architecture, application, and security teams on integrations, deployments, and CI/CD workflows.
• Create prototypes and evaluate emerging technologies to solve business and technical problems effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 7 years of experience in application development, solution design, and business analysis.
• Deep understanding of solution architecture, application integration patterns, and large-scale application design principles.
• Proficiency in technologies including Java, .NET, React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Hands-on experience with containers, microservices architecture, DevSecOps practices, and cloud-native technologies.
• Practical experience designing and building applications on AWS; AWS certification is a plus.
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), security protocols, compliance standards, change management, incident response, and problem resolution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
