Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and implement end-to-end experiences (both chat and web) that elevate product comprehension by utilizing our extensive product knowledge repository and catalog.
• Develop and enhance the architecture of our product knowledge repository to ensure it is scalable and efficient.
• Build and refine the architecture of our product catalog to manage growth and increasing complexity.
• Construct intelligent agents that leverage available resources and tools to provide expert insights into Grab's product catalog, including information on rollout statuses and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Hands-on expertise in AI development tools and the creation of intelligent agents.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, and React.
• Familiarity with machine learning ecosystems, encompassing platforms, libraries, and frameworks is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
