Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

· Management of contractors

· Establish and maintain an environment that attracts, retains, and nurtures Service Partners

· Conduct interviews and provide technical skills training for engineers

· Offer administrative assistance, including patching, verifying service reports, and handling invoicing

· Coordinate payment follow-ups with Service Partners

· Create initiatives to boost repair sales and enhance contract retention with Service Partners

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· At least 2 years of technical experience, with expertise in air-conditioning, chillers, ACMV, or HVAC systems

· Proven experience in supervising subcontractors
