Senior Test Analyst

Own end-to-end quality assurance responsibilities across the full software development lifecycle.

Participate in hands-on testing, develop and build automation frameworks, and help ensure the release of reliable, high-quality software products.

Deliver technical solutions, development, and support to stakeholders (IT and business) in alignment with the organization strategy and roadmap.

Create, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

Carry out functional, integration, system, regression, and drive user acceptance testing.

Execute non-functional testing, including performance, load, stress, and security testing.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to refine requirements.

Support the testing lifecycle throughout deployments and release cycles.

Identify, document, and track defects using proper defect management tools, ensuring defects are resolved within agreed timelines.

Work with engineering teams to conduct root-cause analysis and confirm the effectiveness of fixes.

Define QA standards, enhance test processes, and help promote a quality-first culture.

Participate in the evaluation of new testing tools, techniques, and frameworks.

Experience in software testing and quality engineering.

ISTQB Advanced or equivalent QA certifications is an added advantage.

Knowledge of contract testing (Pact) and service virtualization is desired.

Experience with KYC, AML, onboarding systems testing.

Experience with REST API and microservices testing.

Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).

Experience with security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).

Experience with automation frameworks such as:

Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium

JUnit/TestNG, Cucumber, UIPath, Watermelon, Postman/Newman

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD principles.

Some level of exposure in one or more scripting/programming languages (Java, 

JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).

Strong skills in test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).

Having base understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized apps 

(Docker/Kubernetes) is extremely desirable.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiar with GitOps and DevOps practices.
