Senior Industrial Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering roles
• 5-10 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience with MTM or alternative work measurement techniques
• Budget-conscious mindset

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct and oversee Capacity Planning in relation to the Forecast/Build Plan provided by the Planning team
• Establish a Product Matrix for Fixtures & Test boards to support Capacity Planning
• Regularly update and manage Product Routings to facilitate Capacity Planning
• Revise the Capacity Planning spreadsheet/model with the most recent Yield assumptions, Routings, UPH, machine quantities, fixtures, etc.
• Set and maintain time standards for processes within the plant
• Oversee the Productivity model, focusing on HPU and headcount planning
• Create and maintain a capacity planning model that accounts for both equipment and labor factors.
• Ensure a proper balance between forecast demands and the factory's installed capacity
• Confirm MOST UPH against Production UPH; secure approvals from production and engineering
• Plan layouts for lines and office setups to accommodate ramp-up or process modifications; assist new hires and current team members
• Engage in and support the implementation of productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor as needed.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements and trends in the field of Industrial Engineering
• Commit to 'doing whatever it takes' to fulfill or surpass customer expectations in accordance with the Quality Policy
• Adhere to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping standards and regulations.
