Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of storekeepers to guarantee accuracy in stock levels and adherence to relevant specifications, rules, and regulations.
• Perform stock audits and suggest as well as implement procedures to maintain stock accuracy.
• Effectively manage store operations for optimal efficiency.
• Design and establish a robust storage system.
• Identify and monitor aging inventory to address potential issues.
• Assess, develop, and uphold work procedures concerning goods receipt documentation and issuance.
• Ensure team compliance with specifications, rules, and regulations while promoting personal accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in warehouse management, with proficiency in computer applications.
• A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, encompassing logistics, warehousing, and storage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
