Lean Manufacturing Engineer (Ipoh)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop, assess, implement, and sustain Lean methodologies aimed at enhancing throughput, minimizing excess inventory, and lowering operational costs.
• Commit to doing 'whatever it takes' to fulfill or surpass our customers' expectations while adhering to the Quality Policy.
• Create and uphold Lean programs. Design/review/maintain the Lean training curriculum and implement Lean core initiatives such as 5S, TPM, etc.
• Educate all staff on Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Engage in initiatives focused on productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Promote Continuous Improvement.
• Employ Risk-Based Thinking in the planning and execution of tasks.
• Adhere to ISO requirements, along with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping standards.
• Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor periodically.
• Promote Continuous Improvement.
• Employ Risk-Based Thinking in the planning and execution of tasks.
• Adhere to ISO requirements, along with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience in multinational corporations.

Work Environment

• This position requires 100% onsite presence.
