Banca Specialist

Position Overview:

• Aims to achieve sales objectives for bancassurance offerings
• Implements sales strategies and customer service protocols in compliance with both internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulations
• Develops and nurtures relationships with current and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Addresses customer inquiries regarding branch products and services while gathering feedback
• Engages in and organizes campaigns to promote the Life Insurance Products offered by the Bank

• Applicants should hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience within Financial Institutions is required
• An individual who enjoys networking and engaging in discussions
• A collaborative team player who is self-driven and capable of working autonomously
• Motivated to go above and beyond to meet personal and professional goals
• Possession of PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE qualifications would be advantageous.
