Senior Process Technicians

• Assist the process engineer in achieving targeted test yields.
• Maintain and qualify production equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Conduct periodic verification and calibration of equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Provide technical support for processes to ensure seamless production.
• Implement small improvement projects to enhance process performance and efficiency.
• Understand the requirements for glue weighing, mixing, and stirring, and successfully complete the skill assessment following training.
• Proficiently operate coupling and welding equipment, passing the skill assessment after training.
• Commit to meeting or exceeding customer expectations in alignment with the Quality Policy.
• Oversee overall product yields.
• Establish and implement necessary actions to enhance yields.
• Monitor reaction plans aimed at improving product yield.
• Manage product documentation, including product specifications.
• Ensure readiness for product transfer and oversee related activities.
• Handle revisions and changes to documents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor as needed.
• Adhere to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping protocols.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related industry and mass production setting.
• Preference for candidates with a basic understanding of glue volatilization and the requirements for glue mixing environments.
• Candidates lacking relevant experience may be considered by the hiring manager based on job nature, availability of mentorship, and duration of training.
• Proficient in computer skills, with strong communication abilities for reporting information and data.
