Senior CSA Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Engineer to oversee the technical components within the construction industry. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Supervise and oversee site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and consultants to address design and technical issues.
• Perform site inspections, conduct quality audits, and assess progress, providing detailed reports to management.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff to ensure effective project delivery.
• Assist in developing construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning.
• Contribute to cost control measures by reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.
• Participate in project meetings, offering technical expertise for effective problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in construction, with a preference for high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and relevant codes/regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
