ERP Functional Consultant

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled ERP Functional Consultant to drive successful project outcomes and promote client satisfaction. This position acts as a vital connection between clients and our internal teams throughout the ERP implementation process and during user training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities by analyzing client requirements, delivering product demonstrations, and proposing solutions that meet client goals.
• Initiate project meetings and present detailed project plans, training timelines, and key contacts for stakeholders.
• Facilitate implementation sessions for primary users, recognizing and resolving requirement gaps while providing effective training on standardized processes.
• Capture business requirements and work alongside analysts to evaluate solutions and estimate required efforts.
• Encourage dialogue between clients and technical teams regarding complex system improvements.
• Develop robust relationships with clients to ensure a smooth implementation process and gather constructive feedback for product development.
• Oversee project activities, timelines, billing processes, and invoicing until the successful completion of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation, software consulting, or similar client-facing positions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and integrate new technologies in client-facing roles.
