Finance Officer (12 months contract)

Position Overview

Become a vital part of a proactive team dedicated to ensuring efficient settlement arrangements and enhancing financial operations. This position plays a crucial role in sustaining operational consistency and promoting effectiveness across multiple affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee settlement arrangements (T/T, GIRO, cheque issuance) for various affiliates. Record journal entries pertaining to settlements. Handle non-trade payment processes. Examine daily loan transactions in SAP and develop interest settlement workflows. Strengthen internal controls and improve business processes through ongoing evaluations. Collaborate with colleagues and affiliates throughout the APAC region to guarantee smooth daily operations. Resolve other finance-related challenges and administrative duties as needed. Accept additional responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. At least 2-3 years of applicable experience in settlement processes. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and precision. Strong presentation and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
