Senior Associate Consultant

Primary Duties:

• Set up, configure, manage, and provide support for middleware platforms including WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat
• Deploy applications in various environments such as development, testing, and production
• Oversee middleware servers, ensuring they operate at peak performance and availability
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to application middleware and infrastructure
• Conduct server upgrades, apply patches, and perform maintenance tasks
• Set up and manage web servers, SSL certificates, and load balancing solutions
• Collaborate closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams to address and resolve issues
• Automate regular operational tasks by utilizing scripting tools
• Assist in incident, problem, and change management procedures in alignment with ITIL standards
• Keep technical documentation, deployment processes, and operational runbooks up to date
