Developer/Programmer

Summary:

We are seeking a driven Power Platform Developer to help deliver BAU operations and enhancements for custom solutions, with a primary focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will collaborate with a hands-on Power Platform and AI development team, and you must be eager to learn new technologies, investigate emerging AI capabilities, and take ownership of demanding technical requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Power Platform solutions.
• Create and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Implement AI capabilities across Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
• Use source control, build pipelines, deployments, testing, and application lifecycle management.
• Follow software engineering best practices, including modular design, code reviews, logging, error handling, security, testing, and technical documentation.
• Adhere to Responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, transparency, human oversight, and risk management.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and enterprise architecture teams during solution design and deployment.
• Diagnose technical issues, assess new AI capabilities, and recommend practical solutions.
• Explain technical concepts, risks, and solution designs clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, demonstrations, and presentations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, natural language processing, Generative AI, and large language models.
• Programming experience in JavaScript as the primary language.
• Working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic scripting.
• Basic understanding of Power Platform services, cloud architecture, identity, networking, security, storage, monitoring, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure DevOps is desirable.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and secure handling of enterprise data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate unfamiliar technologies and learn independently.

Education & Qualifications:

Relevant educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
