Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver L2 / L3 production support for Guiding Care / US Healthcare integration workflows, or other related healthcare applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug API requests, middleware logs, and SQL data discrepancies.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement small bug fixes/patches using C#/.NET.
- Create automation scripts to support configuration validation and regression testing.
- Coordinate with L2 Support, Development, and QA teams to support hotfixes and releases.
- Track and analyze integration endpoint performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
- Update and maintain the knowledge base covering recurring issues and corresponding solutions.
- Take part in an on-call rotation with a 24x7 model and flexible shift schedules.
- At least 6 years of Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
- Extensive experience in technical support, system administration, or development for healthcare management systems (on the Facets / GuidingCare platform) is beneficial.
- Added advantage: experience in claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management within the US healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of databases and the ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience with system integrations, including REST APIs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during high-pressure situations, including major incidents and application outages.
- Proficiency in SQL and Java (for backend tasks), along with working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with web services.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Experience using AI in Application Support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
