Key Responsibilities:
- Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main focus will be to deeply understand customer challenges, identify problem areas, create innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation to achieve client satisfaction.
- You will take ownership of sections within the proposal document, contributing to solution design based on your expertise.
- Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution architecture.
- You will perform solution product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget expectations while adhering to the organization’s financial policies.
- Take the initiative to lead small projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to our clients.
