Key Responsibilities:
- Your daily role as an Infoscion
- In your capacity as a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement process, delivering high-quality and value-driven consulting solutions to clients throughout various phases, including problem identification, diagnosis, solution design, development, and implementation.
- You will assess the proposals crafted by consultants, offer guidance, and evaluate the solutions outlined for the client’s business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and concerns.
- Your role will involve determining change management needs and suggesting a structured methodology to clients for effectively managing change through multiple communication channels.
- You will also mentor and shape the vision for the team, provide specialized training in your areas of expertise, and inspire team members by offering timely feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
- As a vital contributor to both unit-level and organizational initiatives, your aim will be to deliver high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP IBP architecture modules
- Proficiency in core IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply and Response Planning, and S&OP
- Hands-on experience in configuring planning areas, key figures, attributes, and process integration
- Practical experience with SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CPI-DS) and SAP Integration Suite for building ETL flows, field mappings, transformations, and real-time data integrations
- Experience in integrating IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and external systems such as e.g., MES, WMS, CRM, and BW to ensure smooth data flow across applications
- Strong capabilities in master and transactional data cleansing, validation, and standardization to guarantee high data quality for precise forecasting and planning
Additional Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with software configuration management systems
- Robust business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership
- Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective collaboration skills
- Knowledge of two or three industry domains
- Understanding of financial processes for various project types and the different pricing models available
- Strong client interfacing capabilities
- Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies
- Project and team management experience
