Principal AI Strategist

In this role, you will:

• Design and build high-impact AI use cases and solution blueprints that align with business objectives and industry requirements
• Develop persuasive value propositions, ROI frameworks, and client-ready storytelling deliverables
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enable early-stage discovery, ideation, and solution formation
• Develop and expand reusable AI offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market materials
• Contribute to AI-led pursuits by clearly communicating strategic value and supporting differentiated positioning

What you need to have to be considered

• 16-18 years of experience in consulting, solution design, digital/AI strategy, or product/experience design
• Proven capability to convert business challenges into structured AI or digital solutions
• Experience with AI platforms, Generative AI toolchains, and industry-relevant use cases
• Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business value
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
