Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proficient Workday Technical Developer with 4–6 years of experience delivering Workday integrations and technical development. The successful candidate will bring practical expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Reports, and Workday Financial Management.

This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining Workday integrations and technical solutions that strengthen financial management and HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
• Develop, configure, and maintain integrations using Workday Core Connectors.
• Create and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday EIB.
• Develop advanced Workday technical reports to meet business and financial reporting needs.
• Support Workday Financial Management processes and integrations.
• Work on Workday HCM technical configurations and integration requirements.
• Partner with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and confirm requirements.
• Execute integration testing, perform troubleshooting, and resolve issues.
• Enhance existing integrations to improve performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
• Support data migration, transformation, and system integration activities.
• Create technical specifications, integration documentation, and deployment plans.
• Maintain compliance with Workday security standards and internal organizational policies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Remain current on Workday integration technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Workday technical development and integration.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
• Experience building and maintaining Workday Core Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management.
• Experience with Workday EIB (including inbound and outbound integrations).
• Experience creating Workday Technical Reports.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and data flows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Workday Web Services and APIs.
• Workday Cloud Connect.
• Experience with Workday XML, XSLT, and SOAP/REST.
• Workday security knowledge and integration troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Workday implementation and support projects.
