Chief Architect - Gen AI

Work model: In Office

What you need to have to be considered

• 18+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML and experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI systems
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, AI strategy, and digital transformation initiatives
• Solid practical experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent system design
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise AI ecosystems

These will help you stand out

• Background in developing AI governance models, ethical AI frameworks, and regulatory compliance strategies
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday)
• Proven capability to mentor architects and expand AI capabilities across teams
• Experience establishing agent lifecycle, observability, and interoperability standards
• Strong executive communication skills, including experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders
