SAP FICO Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the complete project lifecycle, covering design, data, functional specifications, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
• Evaluate and propose solutions aligned with project scope to address and resolve open design issues
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex business challenges within the area of responsibility, where evaluating situations or data requires an in-depth review of variable factors
• Configure SAP FICO to support scope document configuration rationale
• Create Functional Specs for all relevant enhancements and developments to enable all SAP processes
• Develop and/or update relevant Master Data Standards, with a focus on master data to support SAP module processes (preferred)
• Engage across the full SDLC, including data gathering and analysis of user requirements, project design, and strong project implementation supported by in-depth configuration knowledge of SAP FICO structures
• Support project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes

Requirements:

• Must have more than 6 working years in an SAP environment and more than 3-4 years in the consulting industry environment.
• Have been involved in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation cycles in a consulting environment
• Confident presenting and communicating at the business level to MNC clients
• Demonstrated experience in supporting testing and data migration, including drafting functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms
• Willingness and readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
• Must have strong FICO hands-on experience in a consulting environment
• Ability to configure and integrate SAP FICO with other modules (SAP MM and/or SD) preferred
• Has worked with a variety of clients under a consulting background
