Sales Consultant, Mortgage

Position Overview:

• Develop and implement a personal sales strategy to meet monthly mortgage acquisition targets.
• Carry out sales initiatives including roadshows, campaigns, personal selling, and client appointments to reach both departmental and individual revenue objectives.
• Provide professional advice to customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed effectively.
• Create exceptional customer experiences that align with the standards established by the Bank.
• Foster long-term relationships with government agencies and developers to generate sales opportunities.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined by the Bank.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage sales is required.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and possesses outstanding influencing abilities.
• Capability to establish rapport with both potential and existing clients.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and presents themselves professionally.
