Merchant Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and provide feedback on merchant requests, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure business objectives are met.
• Oversee the utilization of all terminals and ensure that merchant accounts remain active.
• Track and assess sales volume submissions from merchants.
• Review all accounts to confirm their profitability for the company.
• Ensure that merchants receive exceptional service to strengthen relationships and support sustained sales volume.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants while effectively addressing and escalating any merchant issues in a timely manner.
• Work to minimize and manage merchant attrition.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance the efficiency of internal processes.
• Continuously develop personal knowledge and skills to foster employee engagement and prepare for advancement opportunities.
• Guide indirect reports in managing merchant accounts while promoting individual growth and commitment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or a Diploma in Business Studies is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Banking sector.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
