Salesforce CRM Marketing Automation Developer

• Collaborate with end users to create, code, and implement intricate cross-channel CRM marketing initiatives.
• Convert business goals into practical solutions, comprehending user communication requirements and data flows.
• Design and document solutions that incorporate automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and advanced features of SFMC.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, etc.) to provide tailored content.
• Engage with clients to establish campaign specifications and technical prerequisites.
• Offer best practice insights in partnership with the Engagement Services team.
• Develop automation workflows for data import, segmentation, and journey triggers through Automation Studio activities (SQL Queries, File Transfers, etc.).
• Create and execute SQL scripts for managing Data Extensions and SFTP connections.
• Employ AMPscript for crafting personalized, dynamic email content.
• Define Journey entry points and logic utilizing Data Extensions, Lists, Salesforce Data, API, and Events.
• Design responsive HTML emails to address cross-platform rendering challenges (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
• Function independently while ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication abilities.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) focusing on email, SMS, and push notifications.

• Possession of at least one certification: Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Certified Email Specialist.
